Technical Workshops to Explore New LED Technologies
LED workshops offer developers the chance to brush up on the latest trends and innovations for intelligent LED based designs
Intelligent LED Solutions (ILS) has announced that it will be participating in two workshops that have been arranged to enable engineers and developers the chance to update their knowledge of LED technology.
The LED Light Experience & Control workshops will be hosted by OSRAM Opto Semiconductors and a number of their “LED Light for You” program partners, including Microchip, and will take place in Manchester on the 14th April and Reading on the 16th April. http://i-led.co.uk/Workshops/
“We are very pleased to be a part of these informative one day workshops,” said Adrian Amor, Director at ILS. “LED technology is moving forward at quite a pace and opening up many new design possibilities. These workshops will give engineers access to experts in this field and a chance to discover the very latest LED technologies and development kits.”
Each one-day workshop will be a combination of technical presentations, 30-minute technical sessions and a partner tabletop exhibition. Places on the workshop will cost £75 but delegates will also receive various demonstration kits (valued in excess of £100.00) showcasing partners’ capabilities.
“The LED technology sector is seeing rapid progress in key market segments, from general illumination through to the industrial, medical and transportation fields,” said Adrian Amor. “ In this respect, LED efficiency, colour consistency and control will be the main focus topics at the workshops, as these topics are key to the creation of innovative display solutions in these emerging markets.”
