Job Description:
Novaled is looking for specialists who will be responsible for the development of OLED technology. You will work in an interdisciplinary environment in close contact with chemists, physicists, and engineers. Your results will contribute to the development of OLED materials.
Profile/Qualification:
> Degree (university or university of applied sciences) in physics, material science, chemistry or engineering
> Profound background in solid-state and semiconductor physics
> Broad experience in the OLED field
> Expertise in one of the fields: Charge-carrier transport in organ-ics, Exciton dynamics, OLED and material degradation, Molecule structure-property relationship, Optical out-coupling
> Good knowledge of physical data processing
> Proactive and flexible personality
> Fluent in English (verbal and written communication)
> Independent working style
