At Tridonic in Dornbirn within our Research & Development Department we are looking for a

Manager of Technology Segment Retail & Hospitality (m/f)
System Architect / Technology Strategist

Your duties

• In this position, you are responsible for gathering, shaping and identifying market requirements as well as technological trends aligned with our strategic focus
• Together with the segment manager and the product management team, you generate aligned costs and technology roadmaps
• Based on the respective roadmaps, you professionally define technical and cost effective solutions for Retail & Hospitality
• Furthermore, you will break down the sketched product solutions into individual Research & Development projects
• Finally, you support the running development pipeline from a technology point of view up to the product release

Your profile

• Your basis is a deep technical expertise, ideally in the field of Electronics and/or Lighting Technology
• In addition, you bring a proven track record within research & development, product management, project management or comparable areas, perfectly in lighting
• Thanks to your strong communication and interpersonal skills, you are able to build sustainable relationships with customers, departments and project stakeholders
• You will surely convince us with your ability to think ‘outside the box’ while defining solutions in a workable form

Yearly compensation represents EUR 60.000 as per relevant collective contract. Effective compensation exceeds collective wage agreements based on the local market and considers academic and professional experience of a well-suited candidate.
