Martin Professional Appoint Barclay Dakers in UK

Martin Professional is pleased to announce that Barclay Dakers has been appointed Key Account Manager for Scotland, Ireland and the north of England, as of February 9th, 2015. Dakers will be based at Martin UK headquarters in Potters Bar, England and will report to Michael Walker, Director of Sales for the United Kingdom.

Dakers began his career as freelance stage crew, eventually becoming a Production Manager for the University of Edinburgh and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Before joining Martin, Dakers held various roles with theatres, installation and rental companies, including Northern Light Stage and Technical Services, where he was the Head of Retail Sales. He most recently served in multiple positions with Black Light Ltd.

Dakers holds a BA (Hons) degree in Marketing and Management from Abertay University.
