B2B Solutions is a venture within LG Electronics with $1billion sales globally and 17% CAGR incorporating the business groups of Information Displays, System Air-conditioning, LED lighting and Solar. EU Vertical Sales and Marketing department has as a mission to improve the penetration of LG B2B Solutions in the strategic European verticals by offering total solutions to the international large end customers. As a VAM you will focus into developing the go to market for one of the Hospitality sub verticals being responsible for sales growth and profitability targeting existing and prospective new customers across Europe either directly or via vertically specialized system integrators.

Position: Marketing Business Solutions Manager (m/f)

Location: Eschborn, Germany

Your Responsibilities:

  • Creating and delivering external communication tools/contents to our targeted customers
  • Analyse customers’ needs in term of communication
  • Co-work is the European Marketing Manager with the digital marketing operations
    • Web manager
    • SEO/SEA campaign
    • Community management (creation and follow up of social media campaigns)
  • Practical coordination of exhibitions, customers’ events and (liaise with Subsidiaries / EB / HQ)
  • Projects follow up with marketing & events agencies
  • Bring ideas and formulate new opportunities for the department
  • Realize ad hoc analysis and reports
  • Support the Europe VAM team members’ sales activity (presentations, customer’s relations…)

Your Qualifications:

  • University degree with either focus on sustainability matters and/or on sales / marketing / business development
  • Ideally solid experience in B2B Marketing e.g. Energy-, Solar-, ID-Sector (Information Display)
  • Thorough understanding of sustainability and responsibility trends and impact on our business and the business of customers
  • Experience in Marketing Operational Operations
  • Knowlegde of the Social Media Communication Channel and Experienced in Digital Marketing
  • Ability to understand the requirements of internal and external customers; maintain a close relationship with customers to understand their thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to work creatively and to create new ideas/ approaches: thinking out of the box, motivation to try new things
  • Proactive, stress-resistant and reliable personality; initiating, pressing ahead and completing customer related tasks on time in full; understanding changes as opportunities, overcoming hurdles
  • Fluent in English and German / ideally good knowledge of a 3rd foreign European language
