My client, a UK based lighting manufacturer based in Birmingham, have over thirty years’ experience in bespoke lighting solutions. They sell into the commercial, retail and industrial market place across the whole of the UK.
On a day to day basis, you will be required to generate new prospects, contacts, and customer relationships from cold as well as generate sales and from existing customers in both products and design services. To deliver a high level of customer service and advice to guide prospective customers through products and buying process. To work independently and alongside your design colleagues to develop product specification quotations and orders following the design service process and structure. To be fully aware and knowledgeable about all aspects of lighting design best practices, regulations and the latest company and competitor lighting products and technology in the market.
Ultimately, my client is searching for a sales person with excellent interpersonal skills, someone who is personable with the ability to learn and to understand specification sales.
