Responsibilities

• Develop strategic business plans and channel partners in the region
• Provides on-going technical and training support for new and existing clients / partners
• Execute new product launches into the market
• Achieve annual and quarterly targets of multiple matrix through accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting, by prioritizing sales actions to generate volume, achieve account penetration
• Visit customers and promote existing/new products, providing technical support and instructions as well as point of sales actions
• Annual negotiations on contracts cooperating with other organizations, such as Pricing, Legal, Operations, Product Management, etc
• Coordinate customer audits, gather and provide technical documentation
• Analyze the market and competition, paying particular attention to trends and new opportunities
• Communicate clearly and consistently to Senior Management in regard to pricing strategy, business development goals and current market conditions
• Work with Marketing to formulate advertising, marketing, PR and communications plan to support sales and to build brand equity and awareness

Requirements

• Educational background: BSc or MSc in Engineering or in Economic studies
• Commercial sales experience, specializing Lighting
• Fluency in English is required
• Must be proficient in the following areas with proven track records:
• Sales channel development
• Regional market analysis
• Channel Partner account plan development and reviews
• Proven ability to develop and communicate Channel Partner requirements and end user specifications
• Must be accomplished at developing strong business relationships that drive revenue and new business development
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills at all levels within the organization
• Demonstrated leadership, problem solving and project management skills
• Combination of having the ability to set strategy and good in tactically execution at the same time
• Ability to successfully multi-task
• Strong computer skills with particular proficiency in MS Office
• Proven team-player
• Position requires an experienced individual who can succeed at all levels within the organization from Managing Director to technical support
