Laser Blade From iGuzzini Delivers Invisible Light

Invisible light. The horizontal plane is perfectly lit, without any indication of where the light is coming from.
Invisible light. The horizontal plane is perfectly lit, without any indication of where the light is coming from.

The innovative micro-reflector generates lighting which is pleasant for the eye and the space.

The optical unit is carefully designed. Laser Blade’s high definition micro-reflectors, integrated in the innovative black anti-glare screen (or Raster), generate an emission with controlled luminance of 1000 candela per square metre, viewing angle α 65° with UGR<19.

The light source allows the lamp to be hidden from view. No ray of light emitted (black) or reflected (yellow) strikes the black cover, meaning that no visible point of the optical array reflects the light.
30° Cut Off Angle
Within that angle there is no perception of the light (luminaire total dark look).
58° Glare comfort Cut Off
Within that angle the reflector does not produce glare reflections, so it provides a high level of visual comfort.

Light without reflections and glare.

Laser Blade’s actual perceptive comfort is much higher than that of a recessed luminaire with the same UGR<19 rating.

Linear, light and compact.

Neutral design, minimum space.

Laser Blade is a compact segment, from 44 to 56 mm high and 44 mm wide. Its compact size and shape allow it to be applied even in very low ceilings (minimum installation depth from 45 to 100 mm) and make installation in limited spaces easy.
