Your Responsibilities
Philips is actively looking to recruit a talented sales person for the Consumer Lighting division. Based at Philips’ Copenhagen the Key Account Manager Online (m/f) is responsible for defining and implementing an online account strategy for the Nordic region that drives profitable high growth opportunities for Philips as well as operationally managing the execution. The position holder will be part of the consumer sales team reporting to the Nordic Sales Manager. Driving sales activities in digital segment for all Nordic countries also some travel activity is required in this position.
Key Responsibilities
Gaining an in-depth understanding of the e-commerce market and the assigned segment of Consumer Lighting
Interpret market data and communicate to the customer a general market overview, to leverage opportunities in the market
Understand the customer’s business plan and value chain and work with the customer to meet their requirements and provide solutions to achieve maximum growth, including new customer opportunities
Create an online account strategy together with external and internal stakeholders
Develop, coordinate and implement the Online Account Plan, including tailored value proposition
Manage relationships with retailers through BP/JBP approach to drive profitable growth vs target business metrics, through communicating and acting on commercial opportunities, online insights, ROI and promotional effectiveness
Ensure the delivery of a smooth and efficient sales process to deliver a best in class customer experience,through managing both internal and external customer relationships
Responsible for the sales forecast at the assigned online accounts
Drive profitable business growth through a clear understanding and management of financial KPI’s
Contribute to business projects that identify opportunity for profitable growth
Cooperate with the online Marketing and local sales peoples in the Nordic countries
We are looking for
Relevant business/marketing degree
Minimum 2 years experience of Marketing and Sales
Knowledge of the online marketplace
Experience on positions related to digital account management and sales will be an asset
A motivated self-starter who can work on own initiative as well as contributing positively and proactively within the team
Track record of managing external customers and third party relationships
Strong analytical and planning skills
Excellent negotiation and commercial skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
An energetic and enthusiastic person with an interest in the Lighting Sector
Fluent in English
