International Sales Manager – PowerGear Europe

PowerGear Europe is developing a strong position in the professional lighting market from our headquarters based in Breda, The Netherlands. As PowerGear continues to rapidly grow, we seek an international sales manager to lead the overall sales and business development within Europe. You will be responsible for introducing PowerGear lighting tracks and accessories to the market and actively pursue new growth within Europe. We are looking for a positive and results-driven candidate with a proactive mindset and hands-on mentality. This position is based in Breda, The Netherlands.


  • Maintain our premium dealer network in France, Switzerland, UK, Italy and Portugal and expand our premium dealer network within Europe
  • Strengthen and expand our sales network (wholesalers, OEM customers) in Europe
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Achieve revenue and sales targets as defined by management
  • Analysis of the market and the players and their interaction
  • Representing PowerGear at (international) trade shows and industry networking events

Skills required:

  • Minimum 5-year sales experience within (preferably) the lighting industry
  • Demonstrated success in competitive markets and development of long-term business relationships with channel partners and customers
  • Expert relationship builder both externally (premium dealers, wholesalers, OEM customers) and internally.
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written in Dutch, English and preferably German language
