• Visit customer sites for conducting internal/ external lighting audits, surveying existing lighting infrastructure (validate/ create asset registers)
• Providing existing lighting layout drawings
• Carry out site visits for installation audit to propose applications as suitable to customer requirements
• Support pre-installation at the Customer site including articulating what is required to fulfil the specification by testing prototype samples
• Provide support on site through partners for smooth installation
• Provide support to application engineers/ lightning designers (measurements, site/ technical information)
• Validate audit information
• Provide support in case of quality issues occasionally
• Provide support to contractors on installation of products
• >80% of time will be spent on visiting customer site/ travelling
• Able to work late hours
• Electrical background
• Experience in technical fittings and lighting fixtures
• Fast learner
• Self-starter
• Able to work to work independently
• Would like to learn about lighting
• Good communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Flexible in working hours
• CSCS card is preferred
• Has a driving license
• Hands on experience in auditing installations is preferred
• Mechanical engineering background is preferred
