EdisonReport, a leading website for the lighting industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Julie Allen as the Editor of EdisonReport.eu. Julie will focus her energies on breaking news, technology developments and lighting standards as well as in-depth interviews with industry leaders and innovators.

Before joining EdisonReport, Julie worked with Philips Lighting for 20 years in a variety of positions in North America, Asia and Europe, latterly as Director of Global Key Account Management, Marketing & New Business Development. In 2010 she became the General Manager and Publisher of Lighting.com, which she managed for 3 years. At the same time she also started her own consulting practice, Momenthai which continues today.
