Additions to the Board of Directors of Fr. SAUTER AG

Since 2005, Dr Toralf Haag (born 1966) has been CFO of the chemical and pharmaceuticals company, Lonza AG, in Basel, which employs around 11,000 people worldwide. As a doctor of economics and social sciences, his major contribution to the Board of Directors of Fr. SAUTER AG will be his sound financial expertise.

Dr Werner Karlen (born 1967) has the academic titles of dipl. Ing. ETH and Dr. oec. HSG. He has been CEO of the Schulthess Group since 2010. The company produces heat pumps, cooling and ventilation systems and washers and dryers, and has around 1,000 employees. In particular, he will be able to bring his wide technical know-how, sales knowledge and experience of the sector and market to his new function as a member of the Board of Directors of Fr. SAUTER AG.
