Barack Obama Receives Light Link From Prime Minister Rutte

For the Nuclear Safety Summit in 2014 in The Hague, a beautiful light mobile in the form of the logo of the summit was constructed by Lichtpunt and suspended in the central area around which the delegates sat. During the opening ceremony, the missing ‘link’ was placed in the logo by a team of dancers from Conny Janssen Danst.

After the summit was over, Barack Obama received this symbolic missing link from Netherlands Prime Minister Mark Rutte because the next summit will be held in the USA.

Voor de Nucleair Safety Summit 2014 in Den Haag, maakte Lichtpunt een lichtmobiel in de vorm van het logo van de top. Tijdens de openingsceremonie werd de ontbrekende schakel in het logo geplaatst. Na afloop van de top kreeg Barack Obama deze staaf symbolisch – als stokje – overgedragen van premier Rutte.
